Popped and poured; no formal notes. A blend of Sciaccarellu, Grenache, Niellucciu, and Syrah. Lovely red fruits with raspberries, red flowers and spices. Firm structure. This paired well with a variety of Mediterranean fare. I haven’t had the opportunity to drink many Corsican wines so this was a fun change of pace. Drink now through 2031.
