Nov 29th, 2015From taste: Lovely fresh and pure flinty nose, crisp apple and smoke, deft touch of toast, great clarity. Nice zesty acids, sprightly and jubilant, very clear apple, pear, lemon and flint. Decent mid-palate, a lightweight style, long riveting finish. Very classy drop!

Jul 2nd, 2017A little past peak, but an amazing experience none the less. Minerals now dominate the fruit, but didn't kill it-- you could grasp the complexity of the fruit though it just eludes...Exceptional that the flavor lasted this long so way exceeded expectations. A great experience.

Aug 29th, 2015Never had anything like it before. I'm sure if I was blinded this would be like a new world chardy. Warm year allowed a voluptuous flavour profile and the maker obviously took advantage of it. Toast and stone fruits. Oak that's casually integrated but elegant. Went great with Alba truffles and 63 degree egg.
