Sweet, very long and complex mouth.
Complex nose, lots of flavours, white flower, peach, vanilla, apricot...

Pineapple syrup, golden apple, haystack, honeycomb, petrol, lemon meringue, chalk. Great acid, medium bodied, rich texture, complex mineral finish. Great with roasted fall veggies.

Had a little glass after dinner with a cheese pairing compliments of the chef at Recipe in the Willamette Valley and it was out of this world good. Totally different than Californian chard and just amazing. Get this if you can find it doesn't get better for the price.

Honeysuckle, nettle, pineapple, and mineral on the nose. Intense fruit and subtle oak on the palate. Excellent acidity. A very fine, affordable white Burgundy.
