Best bottle yet... clean and pure

Tasty been drinking over 2 days.... at first a drinking wine but as it sits a more complex wine. Acidity is in a good place... apply lime minerality

Something was off about this bottle... cork fell in... was a bit to lemony never evolved... so different from the past ones we've had... hopefully tomorrow is different

Delicious bottle of niellon...limes, acidity with great freshness

Highly aromatic, creamy, opulent oak characters like honey and nutty, said to be consistent with the typical Niellon style. On the palate intense acidity is counterbalanced with light sweetness, making it more easily drinkable. Not too much fruity flavors found
