2024/8/13-14. This is in a rich style but without much oak influence; ripe lemon, citrus blossom, a bit of butter and stone. It reminds me of Merlin’s wines (though that impression might be heightened because I’m drinking through a tranche of the latter in parallel)

A very fine and not butter ridge Meursault, but not one I would buy again, having tasted 2 bottles, I prefer Comtes de Lafon or Buisson Charles😎

Rich but very balanced. Mature but no rush to drink. Lafarge is better known for Volnay, but the whites are excellent as well.
