2024/8/24 with wagyu lemon steak. Perhaps not fully open right now, but lovely nonetheless. Lots of juicy red cherry and berries with hints of forest floor, flower petals and high-toned spices on the nose. The palate undulates between lush approachability and reserve, but this is wonderful wine with a lot more ahead
