Best vintage of this cuvée I’ve had so far. Bright and precise, balanced with herbal notes, generous fruit that grows in persistence. Stellar value.

The characteristic damp earth/mossy stones notes are showing up right away. Very backwards now but plenty of concentration.

Impressive concentration of color for a Savigny. Very aromatic- intense violets, red berries and damp earth character. Elegant and lean on the palate. VA is a bit pronounced, but provides some aromatic lift.

Nice value (for Bergundy 😂). Bright red fruit and woodsy underbrush. A barnyard tinge does not distract from the pristine fruit. Tangy, sticky finish.

Vet alive for a 2010. Dominant by violet and chocolate w/ cherry undertones. Youthful, yet older than islets age. However, Lisa says that is because we are outside around a fire in Arizona. Still a nice wine. Cheers!
