This is juicy, ripe cherry and hay, earth and iron. This is everything you need in Beaujolais, except it's better. The palate is tremendous! Very long and very wide, radiant cherry all along, nice soft touch on the sides, some tannins that dry the mid palate a bit and a very long finish with a very nice fruit radiating in all directions, some meaty, salty thing, a bit of bitterness too. This is very complex, a real grand cru Beaujolais style. You gotta love it!
