Red primary fruits w/ a balsamic touch to it. Fluffy yet playful velvety texture. Med acidity and good friendly grip of tannin. Quite oaky, but integrated. Lovely bottle from a great producer.

Lush bright red fruit. Just the right acidity so that it’s not too jammy. The first sip almost tasted like a new world Pinot and then it develops much more elegantly in a more old world style. Paired perfectly with a burrata, beats, prosciutto and truffle salt salad. #fatoffwinnings
