Apple pear. Bade dried with a freshness to it. I joked about needing a calibration since I feel like I have phantom oxidation but this was well integrated. I immediately called jura and Paul was shocked. It was an awesome wine. Good minerality and cheesy on the nose. Beautiful color. Definitely an incredible wine.

One of those stalwart white wines that you find yourself going back to time and time again. Light honey colored in the glass. Yellow apples and funky cheese on the nose. Nuts and slight floral aromas linger. Apricots and some really nice vanilla.

Not quite indicative of most Jura wines you’ll find, this is a dry luscious wine that straight up pleases everyone. Just a touch of sweetness here that really elevates the show. Sleek and sexy and more than a bit dreamy. The acidity is so very nice. Just enough to keep you excited but never too much. At the end of the day, this is just a lovely, charming wine and I’ll have it again and again.

100% Savagnin sourced primarily from the Au Barby and Grand Curoulet parcels (in Montigny and Arbois), on marl and terre de gryphées soils. Fermented in 500L barrels in the Burgundian way (topped up). Aged for 10 months in neutral 350L oak barrels. Fresh, slightly saline, good acidity. Delicate nose with aromas of yellow apple, melon and hints of grass (fennel?). Flavors of yellow apple and chalk. Fresh, slightly saline, good acidity
