Some vanilla on the nose, also noticeable so2, and some reduction. But very pristine yellow fruits follow on the palate. Finishes with a hint of sweetness along with real spicy tartness. A bit angular on the first night, but improving with air.

It has the Jurassic nutty / oxidized thing but it’s subtle, meanwhile it’s bringing all kinds of lemon-lime inflected acid on the front, crushed stones, deft use of malo and toast, acacia honey and an almost chassagne-like hazelnut. Absolutely killer

Delicious, notes honey, a little funk, concentrated and mineral driven and rich. Aged in old oak barrels for 10 months, malolactic fermentation and biodynamic.
