From magnum; quite closed, with a fairly muted nose. However, final few sips showed promise with bright red fruit and inky depth.

An excellent Bourgogne! Smooth but quite flavorful- well balanced acidity, some clay but not too minerally. Low alcohol allows some fruit forwardness with a tilt toward the red side.
