It's interesting: the deliciousness of this wine comes from its understatedness. The nose was clean, but did not offer much in terms of aromatics. On the palate, the flavor of apples was predominant, with flavors of raw honey on the back end, despite it being a dry wine. Flavors in wine tend to be more subtle as they age, which likely explains the understated nature of this one. But man, was this one good! 100% Vermentino. 6/7/22.

Sharp and briny. Lovely taste of Corsica with a pasta dish. Did really well with pork sausage and fennel.

Vermentino from corsica. Nice but was hoping for a bit more. Slightly lacking in intensity and minerality.

Full bodied for a vermentino while still retaining the fresh saline qualities
