Pretty good for a ‘15 Bojo. Broad and blocky, but not overwhelmingly so. Nose has lots of clean stony minerality (though not the intense granitic type I prize in this region) and plummy fruit. Acids are soft, but the fruit is pure and clean and the tannins are in check. A solid choice with Lyonnaise Poulet au Vinaigre (a more refined wine would be overwhelmed with this dish).
