Pale lemon with aromas of citrus, stone fruits and big floral notes. On the palate flavors of apple, pear and lemon citrus with notes of and floral spice. Medium+ finish, vivid acidity ending with flinty Ed if mineral spice. Nice!

Pure, traditional, with lean structure and fine acidity especially for a riper vintage. Wet stone minerality and a subtle oyster shell note. Fruits are lemon intermingling with white peach. There’s a hint of caramel that I don’t often encounter in Michel’s wines. Moderately complex, very approachable style displaying some terroir nuance and notable restraint for the vintage.

Straight forward but tasty. Nice acid. A bit round 100 pct stainless.

@ Amuse in Ashland. Ripe fruit, lush for Chablis. Still snappy, however. Notable wood. Lemon custard.

When a half bottle of Chablis ($18), costs what a normal by the glass does. No brainer.
