Minerals and acid. Lovely if not super complex.

Pale honey color. Aroma is pure mineral and graphite with a dash of apple peel. Taste of green apple and, surprisingly, white grape. The acid was mild on this one but completed a medium finish. Thoroughly enjoyable. An affordable premier cru that I would recommend to any lovers of white wines.

Paired well with blanquette de veau.
