Pale honey color. Aroma is pure mineral and graphite with a dash of apple peel. Taste of green apple and, surprisingly, white grape. The acid was mild on this one but completed a medium finish. Thoroughly enjoyable. An affordable premier cru that I would recommend to any lovers of white wines.
Paired well with blanquette de veau. — 7 years ago
Raspberry and vanilla aroma. Fine grain tannins with flavor of cherry and caramel. High acidity throughout that mutes the flavors. Closes with a slightly bitter, medium finish. — 7 years ago
Sweet fruity aroma. Primary flavors of cranberry and red licorice. Not too acidic or tannic. Long finish of caramel and mushrooms.
Improved with longer decanting, which raised my final rating. — 7 years ago
Sweet black fruits on the nose. First taste of black cherries then a wash of dry tannins across the palate. The finish is very muted but hints of coffee or leather. Probably could use a few more years. — 7 years ago

Strawberry candy and caramel aromas. Black cherry followed by leather. The tannins are wonderfully tempered resulting in a very smooth red. This was excellent alone and later paired well with steak. — 7 years ago
