Biodynamic, whole clusters, 18 months elevage, 20% New oak. The wine displays a good complexity through to its provenence with fresh, good concentrated red fruit profile, backed by florals, slight volatiles, spice and most importantly an earthy savouriness. Palate is driven by its fresh acidity, fine grained integrated tannins and elegant posture through a solid but could wish for more on the finish.
