Vintage 2014 / clear development, tending towards gold, flint and minerals in smell, even slightly oxydative, awesome balance in this chenin blanc that is a real gastronomic wine. Paired with beetroot and salmon. At restaurant Dôme in Anvers/Antwerpen. Beautiful.
