Elegant Pinot Noir with a beautiful nose of cherry and roses and a clean and restrained cherry flavor with real depth. At the end of its life but still kicking. Next year this wine will be gone and flavorless? I predict, but it is still drinking nicely now.

Probably should hold but I get antsy! Still quite beautiful and wonderful Valentines sipper. Strong red fruit aromas with a hint of dill, white pepper and dried flowers.
