Took some time to get here. I thought it had reached its peak and then well... It peaked. The pallet became much broader and rounder and many more subtle nuances appeared. Beautifully balanced. Loved it.

Wonderful. Perfect Burgundy at 13 years old. Could have held longer; primary flavors still dominant. Opened up nicely after 45 minute decant.

Just stellar. Cherry, raspberry, pomegranate fruits intertwined with earth, all spice and hint of barrel. Superb texture with supple tannins with a hint of whole stem flavors. Red fruits and nice vibrancy with a mineral jolt. Close to peak but should be fab for 5 to 8 more years.

This needed an hr in the decanter to open. Dark black & red cherry fruits, rich, round & ripe with good dry extract, mineral, violets and spices.
