Oct 27th, 2019This Burg was rockin. Still a little young and awkward but layers of flavor, spice, solid structure.

May 21st, 2017Fruit is nicely ripe and a touch tart. Black raspberries, raspberries, dark cherries, dry cranberries, baking spices, good earthiness, crushed rocks and soft chalk. Nice balance, acidity and elegant finish.

Dec 20th, 20123 hrs slow ox. On the nose: black cherry, toast, earth, soft funk...lovely aromatics. On the palate: lovely acidity, a touch of heat, black cherry, spice, vanilla, toast, chalky tannin on the juicy finish. Lovely already, but we'll see what tomorrow brings.
Day 2: drying a bit. Either drink up or wait another 10+ years.
