Cuvée Fleur Bourgogne Vézelay Blanc Chardonnay

Tart apple, sweet tart, candied lemon....pretty balanced and smooth for its age......this would clearly stump on a blind test!

Not sure how I feel about this one. Super spritzy. It's got ripping acid. But smells like bruised apple skin (aldahydic)

White burgundy that was savory with sage and marjoram savoriness, good underlying melon and citrus with a finishing cut of acidity.

Tasted yesterday. Lovely label. Lovely wine. Something special for the "I hate Chardonnay" crowd.

Light bright and lively high toned lots of minerals almost like wet quartz

For all of us Cali Chardonnay haters
