Les Creisses Syrah Blend

This tastes like a really good version of exactly what you think it would taste like. A good southern French red red that is - kinda foxy, vinous, with some earth and pepper on the palate, some green notes, and a macerated blackberry / raspberry core. Weighty, but with a nice beam of acidity and grainy tannins. Solid wine. Great match with carbonara, it would have killed with caccio e Pepe

Perfect- barnyard and deep dark fruit. Mineral as well. Exactly what I look for in this mix of grapes however blown away from this expression. Pumped I brought this home Paris!!

No notes. We had it along a delicious and gastronomic dinner in Les Aryelets, in Aulon, at 1200 meters of altitude, in the middle of the Pyrénées mountains. Super fragrant with black currant, blackberry, black pepper, menthol, pine resin, tar, toasted oak.... this is superb....

Beautiful cherry notes. Low tannins.

Very nice smooth and earthy with lots of tobacco notes. Great anniversary wine at Hotel La Muse in the Tarn Valley
