Definitely ‘leflaive style’ bravo Anne Claude and the team for biodynamics. Rully at its finest (and maybe it’s most expensive as well) more than rully style, it screams leflaive. Reductive, elegant and yet powerful at the same time. A regal wine and for around $50 almost seems like a bargain. The lower cuvées for Leflaive like Rully and Macon Verze always provide great value. They age a bit quicker which can be fun depending on what you want or like.

Honestly disappointed. Too bitter and tart for me. Maybe it wasn’t a good pairing with salty food or needed more age. Nose had elements of melon, butter, and citrus. Not my cup of tea.
