Tasted blind: Golden to green in color. Moderate viscosity. Aromas of hay, waxy melon, ripe white peaches, and fresh white flowers. There’s both a French oak and lees aging feel to this one. Acidity is hidden by the robust nature of the fruit, but builds and finishes with persistence. Flavors of lime pith and green apple evolve from a creamy broad palate.
