Not my favorite vintage of this solid FLX Rose’. Good structure and aromas and flavors of cherries, flint and earth. Hint of green pepper. Bigger in body so it stands up to food. However, there seems to be more RS in this vintage. It’s almost a bit “syrupy” on the finish.

Jul 22nd, 2019Very nice FLX Cabernet Franc Rose. Cherries, flint and earth. A hint of green pepper and just a touch of oak on this one. A little bigger in body so it can stand up to richer foods. Nicely balanced. Actually tasted as if it is from the Loire Valley.
