Cuvée Classique Unoaked Chardonnay

Idk if it is because they are originally from Champagne or what but their Chardonnays are the stars of their line-up.

Nose of yellow apple, banana.
Palate has warm apple, light minerals.

2012 - baked apple, citrusy, on the nose. Great minerality, fresh and crisp on the palate and perfect balanced acidity on the finish.

FLX unoaked Chardonnay. Light gold color. Nose is full of yellow delicious apple aromas with some hints of banana. Golden delicious apple on the pallet with some mineral notes. Very fruit forward, bold and plush. Acidity is bright, crisp and mouth watering. Pretty solid effort.

Nice, clean, clearly unoaked. Excellent - repurchase

Baked bread, fresh apples on the nose. On the palate, nice creaminess balanced by acidity, apples slightly tart.

Hint of banana on the nose, and white pear. Extremely smooth finish. Hint of lemon in there. Pleasant first Chardonnay for me.

Sweet apples and tropical fruits on both the nose and the pallet. Extremely smooth and fruit forward. Balanced acidity with a hint of sweetness on the finish. Well crafted, great minerality and quite the easy drinker.

Wow! Excellent! Definitely a repeater, smooth, very slightly fruity, nice and dry. I see why I bought it.

Steely but sweeter finish. Fruit forward, citrusy. Mild, pleasant, smooth, very easy to drink. Enjoyed with and without food.
