Sep 12th, 2016First day it was tight, hard, and pure granite. Night 2 it was a lot softer and more open. Straightforward cherry candy fruit and loads of granite minerality. Lengthy and clingy. Great acids. Very nice.
Night 3 - still going strong. This wine will last longer than the typical Morgon.
