19 is so good at Boussey and this is maybe his best underdog great wine. Huge nose of mid to late season cherries that are perfectly ripe. Very pure. Smoke and spice abound. Plum. Very harmonious and floral. 9.5 nose. So good. Palate is classic Aloxe-Corton. Densely red fruited and sweetly tannic but with a sense of grace and elegance. Very long finish. Super mineral, refined and expressive. Also young. Excellent. Almost a 9.5.
