Gorgeous and opulent nose of dark cherries, mid season cherries, lovely fresh wet earth, penetrating minerality, decaying leaves and more. Stunning nose. 9.5 nose. Not that complex but so pure and precise. Palate is so juicy and ripe with gorgeous cherry fruit and epic cleansing acidity and terrific freshness. Cuts a swath across the palate Nose starts to get a lipstick like intensity after it airs out. Terrific tannins that are ripe and juicy. Really great energy here and length. Just a terrific value.

Dec 14th, 2024Hint of reduction, so wonderful, redder fruits than Toiseres and awesome freshness and density. Really wonderful nose. lovely concentration and so stylish and silky. maybe velvety. Long and silky. Amazing length for what it is.

Jul 17th, 2023Gorgeous, enveloping nose. Stunning mid season cherry and mega florals. Cherry flower. So open. 9.4 nose. Really compelling. Palate is just terrific. Classic banger from Boussey in 19. Really seductive and tons of sweet fruit but cut, grip, mineral and complexity add so much. This and the Toiseres have so much character. Tremendous wines and values. These are my favorite wines in Burgundy. Elite little wines.

Jan 27th, 2023Gorgeous and subtle nose of deep red cherries and a lipstick like intensity. Lovely deep minerals as well. Very classy. Pure and vivid. Just lovely. 19 is so good. Palate is elegant and refined with lovely sweet fruit and terrific inner mouth aromas. Wonderful elegant mouthfeel. Really tremendous freshness and vitality. Awesome fruit quality here. Really a lovey wine. So drinkable and has so much finesse. And that 19 fruit! Wonderful!
After air this gets so fragrant and pretty. Mid season red cherries, sour cherries, cranberry bog, so aromatic. Sapid and juicy now with structure arriving.
So complete after 4 hours. Wonderfully elegant. What a wine. Picks up a lovely velvety quality.
