Delicious Chablis from a great vintage 2014 that delivers ripe lemon with acidity and crisp. Mineral chalk notes balances well.

Nose of lemon, chalk, oyster shell. The palate is a model of balance: sheer acidity with lemon notes and a mineral dimension. Very long widening finish with lemon notes. White flowers in retro. Superb

Bigger than the Vaudevay and more precise. Same peachy nose with citrus frame. Great with food, good QPR.
