This young white blend is 40% Grenache Blanc, 40% Maccabeu, 20% Rolle. It is floral, medium bodied (light side) and crisp. My friend described it as “incredibly overwhelming”. I’m not so sure if that’s true 🤐

Good but lacking a lot of flavor or nose. flinty, limestone?, bright but not overly acidic. Minerals and light herbs.

An insane value. Light, easy, balanced, and powered by a Grenache blanc + Maccabeu + Rolle trifecta I'd not encountered.
