A modern approach to the GSM. Richly layered with ripe red fruits. Decadently delicious. #tessellae #roussillon

Ruby color, nose of violet/licorice/jammy-leather, medium dry sweetness, tastes of pepper & jam. Enjoyable and good balance. Works nicely with savory foods.

Beautiful savory gaminess with a little herbal qualities toward the end, and some concrete from the aging vessel. Very peppery and assertively, pleasantly spicy on the nose. Could use a bit more fruit, but pretty outstanding for only eleven bucks.
