Mar 11th, 2021C is for Carignan! Lots of ripe black fruit aromas... black raspberry... and mild earthy (soil and dirt vs mushrooms and forest floor) undertones. Medium body, mouth-watering acid balanced by lingering tannins, more of the black fruits but with baking spice note as well. Definitely a winter red at 14.5%!! #atoz2021

I love this and will be keeping it in constant rotation. Had with some grilled hotdogs. Great when cooled down slightly.
