Freshness and acidic tension, but also enough echoes of tropical fruit to satisfy a more classic Cali-chard lover. Golden hue. Mid palate kinda murky-does better More chilled-but at about 10$ & change, still a contender for numero uno value in whites (I might have to give that title to Pepiere s muscadet). Eric Solomon imports.

Very interesting wine, 100% Chardonnay but doesn't taste like one. I was expecting a typical Chard but got somewhere resembling a cross between a Viognier, Riesling and Gruner. Wine spent 3 months in the tank on Viognier lees and another 3 months on oak. Aromas of tropical fruits, notes of honey and sweet spice. On the palate peach and honey flavors, no noticeable oak and low acidity. Full-body, creamy ending.

France. White. Languedoc-Roussillon.
A very good Chardonnay with very light oak, butter, vanilla...like a brioche. Maybe a hint of pear too. Smooth and went well with poached fish. I only had one highly recommended Chardonnay before (California) and found it too oaky...this was far better and less than $15. This was a pleasant surprise because I usually prefer crisper/tarter white wine.

Such a fantastic Chardonnay! Consistently great with tremendous QPR. Vintage 2017 a smidgen off on the finish compared to the 2016.

Not my preference (this is (virtually) unoaked and almost Sauvignon Blanc like) but for under 10 euro excellent value for money
