Jan 12th, 2020Luscious & rich yet retaining an unbelievable freshness. Nose dominated by rosemary, thyme and garrigue with a fresh whiff of mint and black pepper. Underneath this ripe blackberries, some roast and leather. On the palate this is dense, rich and with chewy yet juicy tannins. Yet this is perfectly balanced by fresh, fruity acidity... the 15% alc is perfectly integrated. This is a big, bold wine yet highly drinkable and delicious.
