Better after an hour, but beautiful stoniness and Chablis like minerality. Rich in the sense that it bring a heftier brioche and pear aspect, but has tangy lemon, distinct salinity, and an encompassing sourdough character to round it all out. Delicious

Fantastic young Jura Chardonnay. Just looks of nice tropical fruit, peaches, lemons and hints of pineapples. Label says it is aged in old oak barrels. Not oak is detectable. Perfect for a miserable michigan day.
