Light refreshing, truly a warm weather quencher. This came from a nice wine shop, Nicolas, with a few branches, I don’t know how many. For sure Paris, Marseille and Nice. Still shopping in the $10E category just for science. I’m cooking thin pork chops with excellent leftover oil,lemon and garlic sauce with shallots and potato’s that began with roasted chicken thighs.
