Lots of bright, red fruit acidity on the palate: cranberry, pomegranate, sour cherry. Tannins are soft and leave a touch of astringency. That mushroomy earthiness on the nose hints in the aftertaste. Alcohol heat is apparent.
Super tasty, juicy, funky gamay from Loire of all places. My kinda wine.
