Muscadet de Sèvre-et-Maine Sur Lie Melon de Bourgogne

Wish I had some seafood..

Should be dead but this one held up and got a good lively bite!

Wondered if it’s down the hill if not already splattered on the bottom but it’s nicely balanced, acidic, taken on a bit of body and still tasty. Medium gold color and clean white floral notes. Perfect for the fish dinner. Nice surprise!

Very lemon start. Very acidic. A little effervescent

Fresh lemon up front, with apple and pear. Long finish showing a slight biscuit character. Very vibrant and refreshing!

Had this at Scott's London and was great with seafood. Crisp, refreshing and citrusy, goes perfectly with oysters...especially Gillardeaus!
