#drinkcheninday Ok, I'll bite on this movement. Lovely visceral Chenin Blanc from Montlouis-Sur-Loire, Domaine La Grange Tiphaine.

Feb 7th, 2016Reminded me a bit of a white Burgundy with some age to it. Golden yellow with citrus and a touch of saline. Loved every drop.

Mar 20th, 2024Deep golden color and notes of oxidation on an otherwise complex ripened fruits and earth profile carrying through to surprisingly balanced but still acidic palate. Great with Leila’s garlic paprika buttery lemony shrimp. On the downslope from past glory drank perhaps decade ago. Last of two GL20.
