2019 vintage. An unusual Languedoc blend (hence the name "Atypique") with 40% Marselan, 30% Merlot and 30% Mourvèdre. No sulfites added during vinification and aged in concrete for 9 months. Dark red. Very spicy with blackberries lurking in the background. Not as refined as the other wines of this organic estate, but definitely has character. Should work well with grilled red meat.
