Aug 5th, 2018Beautiful wine - blind tasted and called it Chenin Blanc from Loire, but I probably should have gone Burg Chard from the get go. Light, crisp, and delicious.

Jul 22nd, 2022Beautiful Sauternes-like bouquet. Honey and sweet green melon. Dried apricots. Minerality and wet limestone. Light salt and vegetal tones. Barely any acid tones. Very light body and mild floral honey on the palate. Cream vanilla opening up as it warms up in the glass. 13.5%
