Beautifully golden in colour, Nose almost reminiscent of a creamy New Zealand sauv blanc but also of a Sauternes, with white grapefruit and tropical bananas coming to the forefront, accented by Bavarian cream interestingly enough. Screaming acidity that rounds out in the mouth, touch of lemon zest, juicy green apple, and a touch of vanilla extract. Quite nice.

Burgundy whites are fast becoming my favorite - nice and soft green apple and citrus notes that works in perfect harmony from start to finish. Nice bouquet starts, finish leaves you wanting more. Great glass!

100% unoaked chardonnay, nice golden color with an Awesome nose of apple with hints pear, the pallet is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. I get a good granny smith apple with a very subtle creaminess. Great chardonnay
