Ripe red fruits, hint of vanilla and perfume in the nose. Sourness hits at the end with complexity. Would pair well with tomato based dishes.

Chocolate covered cherry nose. More dark cherry on the palate along with strawberry jam, cocoa, French oak, black pepper, cinnamon, and cranberry. Medium tannin, high alcohol, and high acid.

Full bodied cherry chocolate we had at Pierre we liked it
