Quelle joie dans ce vin ! Sylvaner + riesling, peut être quelques grappes de muscat cachées. Minéral, sec mais pas trop, porte très bien son nom.

Great minerality, refreshing flavors of lemongrass and green apple and maybe celery. The name makes total sense, but I wish it lasted longer on the tongue.
