Jura's finally captured my heart. Ever heard of Rocky Byun? This must be his handy work. Such a fine balancing act. Pure fruit aromas, evolve into this whacky oxidative, savoury, and rich tones.
A very agreeable pairing with Indian food, with all the nuances of curry leaf, mustard seed, and chicken essence in the wine. A friend noted that it was like a still barrel-fermented champagne.
