Clear & star-bright yellow with medium aromas of hard, green plum, apple & mineral aromas. There's chalky, wet stone notes & loads of lemon, lime & green plum flavors. Lower alcohol & not too complex, but Delicious, searing acidity. Like a giggling psycho lemondrop on a pogo stick. Love it!
