A bit more oxidized than I was expecting but should not have been a surprise. Very mineral with some saline aspects as well. Jura in the summer is great.

Continued with Labet's 2011 Chardonnay - Savagnin. We've opened this one the night before. Oxidative as it should be with nutty-ness and a sexy acidity did well with Steak Tartare.
